The Pines is an income-qualified affordable housing community. To lease here, your household income must fall at or below the area median income (AMI) limits for your household size. We welcome a broad range of residents — singles, couples, families, and households of all sizes. Contact our team to verify your household's eligibility. Details on current AMI qualifications can be found on HUD’s website.

The Pines at Peach Road is a 119-unit community.

Trash service is included in your rent. Residents are responsible for all other utilities, including water, sewer, electric, and any applicable utility services.

Yes! We welcome dogs and cats at The Pines at Peach Road. A maximum of two pets are allowed per household, with a weight limit of 30 lbs per pet. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact our leasing team for full pet policy details.
