  • The Pines is an income-qualified affordable housing community. To lease here, your household income must fall at or below the area median income (AMI) limits for your household size. We welcome a broad range of residents — singles, couples, families, and households of all sizes. Contact our team to verify your household's eligibility. Details on current AMI qualifications can be found on HUD’s website.

  • We offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Visit our Floor Plans page to explore layouts, square footage, and starting rents.

  • The Pines at Peach Road is a 119-unit community.

  • Trash service is included in your rent. Residents are responsible for all other utilities, including water, sewer, electric, and any applicable utility services.

  • Yes, on-site, off-street parking is available for residents.

  • Yes! We welcome dogs and cats at The Pines at Peach Road. A maximum of two pets are allowed per household, with a weight limit of 30 lbs per pet. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Please contact our leasing team for full pet policy details.

  • One-Time Fees

    • Application Fee: $25 per adult, due at the time of application

    • Security Deposit: equivalent to one month’s rent

    • Renters Insurance encouraged

    Pet Fees

    • $300 non-refundable pet fee

    • $20 monthly pet rent per pet

  • Residents can submit maintenance requests through our online resident portal or by contacting the management office directly. Our on-call team handles urgent requests 24/7.
